Ella Bella's Wardrobe ships with-in Australia only, via Australia Post. Once your order has been made and posted, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your shipment and select to receive notifications via the Australia Post tracking website.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE ENTERED YOUR CORRECT POSTAL ADDRESS ON CHECKOUT.
Every order is posted in either a 500g, 3kg or 5kg Australia post (standard) satchel bag with a tracking number provided.
If you have received an order that you believe may be faulty, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order with details of the fault, along with your order number. We will also require photos of the faulty item to deem it as faulty.
Once we deem the item faulty, we require you to send the item back within 7 business days of the initial delivery date. The items must not have been used or put on any prams to be eligible for a refund.
Please return your items in a new post bag with tracking and ensure you attach your original receipt or invoice as proof of your purchase. We require all items being returned for refunds or remakes to be returned to us within 7 business days.
Once we have received your returned item, If the item looks like it has been damaged due to misuse on your part, no refund or remake will be given.
