When will my order arrive:
Please allow between 4-6 weeks for your items to be custom made plus delivery time.
**Except during busy times such as Christmas/ Easter - during these peak times, orders will take 1-2 weeks longer. Please ensure you order your items well in advance to avoid disappointment .

During COVID-19 lockdowns, please allow 1-3 weeks extra on all orders due to fabric supplies & shipping impacts.
Ella Bella's Wardrobe take no responsibility if your order does not arrive for an event that falls within the turnaround time.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send your tracking number via email.
We take no responsibility for damage or loss of your order.
You must consider postage time with all orders being placed. All items are shipped from Perth, Western Australia, via Australia Post.

Change of mind and Cancelations:
We put care and special attention into all our items to ensure you receive the best quality product. However, we are unable to refund or cancel any order due to change of mind.
As all items are handmade and some are custom choice, we are unable to refund any products due to sudden change of mind, so please choose your items carefully.
